You need an account for most activities on our platform. Keep your password somewhere safe, because you’re responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting our Support Team. You must have reached the age of consent for online services in your country to use Bible Badi.
The Application/Website/Services/Products obtains the information you provide when you download and register for the Application or Services or products. When you register with Bible Badi, you generally provide; (a) your name, age, email address, location, phone number, password, and your educational interests; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) information you enter into our system when using the Application/Services/Products, such as while asking doubts, participating in discussions and taking tests. The said information collected from the users could be categorized as “Personal Information”, “Sensitive Personal Information” and “Associated Information”. Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information and Associated Information (each as individually defined under this Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (the “Data Protection Rules”)) shall collectively be referred to as 'Information' in this Policy. We may use the Information to contact you from time to time, to provide you with the Services, important information, required notices, and marketing promotions. We will ask you when we need more information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. We will not differentiate between who is using the device to access the Application, Website or Services, or products, so long as the log-in/access credentials match with yours. In order to make the best use of the Application/Website/Services/Products and enable your Information to be captured accurately on the Application/Website/Services/Products, it is essential that you have logged in using your own credentials. We will, at all times, provide the option to you to not provide the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information, which we seek from you. Further, you shall, at any time while using the Application/Services/Products, also have an option to withdraw your consent given earlier to us to use such Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information. Such withdrawal of the consent is required to be sent in writing to us at the contact details provided in this Policy below. In such event, however, the Company fully reserves the right not to allow further usage of the Application or provide any Services/Products thereunder to you.
Use of your Personal Information
Bible Badi uses the collected information to analyze trends, to conduct research, to administer the Application/Services and Products, to learn about each user's learning patterns and movements around the Application/Services and Products and to gather demographic information and usage behavior about our user base as a whole. Aggregated and individual, anonymized, and non-anonymized data may periodically be transmitted to external service providers to help us improve the Application, Products, and our Services. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described below in this Policy. We may use the individual data and behavior patterns combined with personal information to provide you with personalized content and better your learning objectives. Third parties provide certain services which we may use to analyze the data and information to personalize, drive insights and help us better your experience or reach out to you with more value-added applications, products, information, and services. However, these third-party companies do not have any independent right to share this information. We do not sell, trade, or share your information to any third party (except subsidiaries/affiliates of the company for related offerings) unless we have been expressly authorized by you either in writing or electronically to do so. We may at times provide aggregate statistics about our customers, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third parties, however, this information when disclosed will be in an aggregate form and does not contain any of your Personally Identifiable Information. Bible Badi will occasionally send email notices, messages, or contact you to communicate about our Services, products, and benefits, as they are considered an essential part of the Services/Products you have chosen. We may disclose Information:
1. as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
2. to enforce applicable ToU, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
3. when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, address security or technical issues or respond to a government request;
4. with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Policy;
5. to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property, or safety of the Application/Website/ Bible Badi or its users or the public as required or permitted by law;
6. with third-party service providers in order to personalize the Application/Website/Services/Products for a better user experience and to perform behavioral analysis;
7. Any portion of the Information containing personal data relating to minors provided by you shall be deemed to be given with the consent of the minor's legal guardian. Such consent is deemed to be provided by your registration with us.
Refund & Cancellation/Return Policy
Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, to be bound by the terms contained herein.
Bible Badi is committed to delivering all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 5 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. Bible Badi makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end-users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
Delivery Charge
Bible Badi has a non-refundable flat shipping rate of INR 50 per order. All online orders carry an INR 50 shipping charge. The prices are all-inclusive of taxes. Bible Badi partners with third-party logistic service providers separate and distinct from Bible Badi, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end-users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end-user through Email & SMS along with the tracking number. The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third-party Logistic Partner. Bible Badi shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third-party Logistic Partners. Bible Badi may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners.
Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete, and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. Bible Badi shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in the delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete, and/or accurate information.
COD/ Prepaid
While Bible Badi aims to provide its services through online orders and ensure the delivery of its Product(s) all across India, currently, Bible Badi has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for the purchase of Product(s), customers are required to enter their pin-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their area. If the area where the user wishes that the purchased Product(s) be delivered is not within the delivery network recognized by the Logistics Partner(s) of Bible Badi, Bible Badi will not be able to process the order further.
Order Delivery Timelines
Usually, orders are dispatched within 5 days of the customer placing the order. However, in line with Govt. Guidelines for your state, delays might be experienced under certain circumstances. Upon the successful placing of an order and after Bible Badi has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the end-user will receive a unique tracking identity number through email & SMS. The user may use the tracking number on the website of the Logistic Partner to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery. The user can also check the order on the ‘My orders’ section of the Bible Badi website.
Ordinarily, Most orders are delivered within 5 working days across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver orders to the end-user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, Bible Badi reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While Bible Badi shall make reasonable endeavor’s in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, the delivery may be delayed on account of
1. Unsuitable weather conditions;
2. Political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
3. Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
4. Other unforeseen circumstances.
In such events of delay, Bible Badi shall make a reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the end-user by writing to the end user’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, Bible Badi shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.
Return and exchange of purchased Product(s) shall be carried out by Bible Badi reverse logistics partners, which are separate and distinct from Bible Badi. Please note that Bible Badi shall not be liable for any act(s) and/or omission(s) of such reverse logistics partners. What if I have received the product in damaged condition?
If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
