Course Description

What does the Bible teach about God, His Word, humanity, sin, Christ, salvation, the Holy Spirit, the Church and the last things? This course is a clear introduction to systematic theology: drawing together what the whole Bible says on each of these truths. You will see how the doctrines connect, why they matter for everyday faith, and how to recognise and answer common errors. The course will help you to know what you believe and why, and to teach it faithfully to others.

About the Instructor

Rev. Emmanuel Akepogu holds an M.A. in Philosophy and an M.Th. from Asian Christian Academy, Hosur, where he received the Best Systematic Theologian Award and the President's Award for the highest GPA in all subjects. He also received the Best in Academics honor in his B.D. He is the author of Christian Faith: Systematic Theology (Hadassa Publishers, 2021). He teaches at Care Counselling Institute, India Theological Seminary, Apologia Institute and Ezra Bible College. He is also a resource person on "Asalaina Prasna – Sisalaina Javabu", a live Telugu Q&A program watched worldwide. Areas of interest: Theology, Bible Exposition, Expository Preaching, Christian Family and Money, and Christian Cults. His preaching and teaching are available on the CBC Truelife YouTube channel.
