Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read the course details carefully before you purchase a course.

No cancellations or refunds

Once you have purchased a course and your payment has succeeded, the purchase is final. It cannot be cancelled or changed, and the amount paid is not refundable.

Failed or duplicate payments

• If money was deducted from your account but your payment failed, or your enrollment was not completed, the amount is normally returned to your original payment method automatically by your bank or our payment partner within 5 to 7 working days.
• If you were charged more than once for the same course, please write to us with the payment details. We will verify the duplicate charge and refund it to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of verification.

Access period

Course access lasts 2 years from the date of payment. When access ends, it is not refunded; you may renew by purchasing the course again. Certificates you have earned remain valid.
