These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the BibleBadi website www.biblebadi.com ("Website") and the courses and services offered through it ("Services"). BibleBadi is a learning platform of Kurios Media. In these Terms, "BibleBadi", "we", "us" and "our" mean Kurios Media, which operates BibleBadi, and "you" and "your" mean the person using the Website or Services.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. By registering, purchasing a course or otherwise using the Website or Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website or Services.

About BibleBadi

BibleBadi is a theological education startup. Our primary focus is to produce Godly servant-leaders through theological education in the Telugu language.

Your account

  • You need an account to enroll in courses. You must give accurate, complete and current information when you register, and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please log out at the end of each session, and tell us immediately at ebiblebadi@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  • If we believe your account is being misused or its security is at risk, we may ask you to change your password or suspend the account for as long as necessary.
  • Course access is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Eligibility

You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register. A person under 18 years of age may use the Services only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

Courses, access and certificates

  • When your payment for a course succeeds, you receive access to that course for 2 years from the date of payment. For a group course, each course included in it is accessible for 2 years from the date of payment.
  • When access ends, the course content is no longer available to you, but any certificates you have earned remain valid. You may renew access by purchasing the course again.
  • A module may end with a quiz. You have 3 attempts to pass each quiz with a score of 50% or more. If you do not pass in 3 attempts, please contact us and an administrator can reset the quiz for you.
  • A course completion certificate is issued when you complete every module of a course.
  • We may update, improve or correct course content at any time. Updated content is available to students who are currently enrolled as well as new students.
  • Unless explicitly stated by a credit-granting institution, completing a course does not confer any academic credit, degree or ordination.

Payments

  • Course prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the course page and at checkout. Prices and offers may change at any time without notice, but a change will not affect a purchase you have already completed.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. BibleBadi does not store your card or bank account details.
  • Purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

The Website and Services are for your personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to:

  • copy, download, record, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish or share any course content, or remove any copyright or other notices from it;
  • decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or other users' accounts;
  • post or share any content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, threatening, or that infringes anyone else's rights;
  • impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization;
  • upload viruses or other harmful code, or do anything that could damage, overload or disrupt the Website or Services;
  • use robots, scrapers or other automated means to access or copy the Website or its content;
  • use the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in the Services, including course videos, text, quizzes, images, graphics, logos and software, is the property of BibleBadi or its teachers and licensors, and is protected by law. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, transmitted or distributed in any way without our prior written permission. Using the Services does not give you any ownership of, or license to, our intellectual property beyond personal use of the courses you have purchased.

Content you post

If you post comments or other material on the Website, you grant BibleBadi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute it in connection with the Services. You are responsible for what you post. We may review, edit or remove any content at our sole discretion.

Communications

By registering, you agree that we may contact you by email, SMS or phone about your account, your courses, important updates and our offerings. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by writing to us.

Accuracy of content

We make every effort to keep course content accurate and up to date, but errors may occur. Course content reflects the teaching and views of its teachers. The Services are intended to support your learning and do not guarantee any particular outcome. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party websites linked from the Website.

Disclaimer

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLEBADI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ACCESS TO THE SERVICES DEPENDS ON FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL, SUCH AS YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION, AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR FREE FROM ERRORS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLEBADI, ITS TEACHERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COURSE CONCERNED.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BibleBadi, its teachers, officers, employees and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or your misuse of the Website or Services.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Website or Services. We may also disclose your account information where required by law or by a government authority.

Changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website or Services, and may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Website or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

General

  • Notices from us will be sent to the email address on your account or shown on the Website. Notices to us should be sent to ebiblebadi@gmail.com.
  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy, are the entire agreement between you and BibleBadi about the Website and Services.
  • You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer ours.
  • If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Using the Services does not make you an employee, agent or partner of BibleBadi.
