Delivery Policy

BibleBadi offers online courses. There are no physical products, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

How courses are delivered

• Course access is delivered online, immediately after your payment succeeds.
• You will see a confirmation on screen and receive an email receipt at the email address on your account.
• Your courses are available under My Learning when you sign in at www.biblebadi.com, on a computer or a mobile phone with an internet connection.

Access period

You can access a course for 2 years from the date of payment.

If you do not receive access

If your payment succeeded but the course does not appear under My Learning, please contact us at ebiblebadi@gmail.com or +91 93909 98661 with your registered email address and the payment reference. We will resolve it as quickly as possible, normally within 1 working day.
